A Musical Conversation

સંગીત🎼🎼 આ શબ્દ માં જ એટલી મધુરતા રહેલી છે કે કોઈ પણ એનાથી અલીપ્ત ના રહી શકે. હાલરડા રૂપે બાળપણથી જ આપણે સંકળાયેલાં છીયે, ક આજે આપણે સરવાળો લગાવીએ કે સંગીતે આપણને શું આપ્યું તો એનો હિસાબ મેળવવો મુશ્કેલ બને છે. પણ એ વાતને સ્વીકારવી રહી કે સંગીત આપણા જીવનમાં દિશાસૂચક તરીકેનું કામ કરે છે.

તો, આજે મારે વાત કરવી છે સંગીતની દુનિયામાં  ઓતપ્રોત રહેલા એવા જ બે વ્યક્તિઓ #પ્રણવ મહેતા અને ડો. ભાવના અંધારિયા મેહતાની. ડૉ. ભાવના અંધારિયા ક જે અંકુર વિદ્યાલયમાં #મ્યુઝિક થેરાપીસ્ટ તરીકે ફરજ બજાવે છે અને બંને સારા લેખક અને સંગીત વિશારદ પણ છે.

#થોડી વાતો #થોડા ગીતો - એવા સમન્વયથી એક ખુબ જ સરસ અને રસપ્રદ કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન ભાવનગર વિશ્વવિદ્યાલયના #અંગ્રેજી ભવન ખાતે કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.


સંગીત સાથેની સુર તાલમય સંધ્યા

From childhood to Death we are intermingled with music either in a direct or in an indirect way. During childhood we listen lullaby and at a young age, there is not an exaggeration if we say that we became addicted by DJ or Pop music or any kind of music.

Have you ever thought about that, why we are attracted towards music like a magnet? Of course yes, You might say that music is my life, music is the only thing which console me or it may entertain us also. But what is the best thing about music is that it is the beat or rhythm of life. Every movement like our heartbeat, speech, pronunciation, sound, chirping of birds, air, flow of water etc...Everything have a particular kind of rhythm. How we all are constantly remain attached with music. So this is a one side of music that, there is nothing without music, Every single stroke have rhythm in it.

Dr. Bhavna mam's also discussed about the Scientific use of music to improve the soul of an individual. It contains a great power in it, which can bring rain(by alaping Malhar raag) or create fire according to Indian classical music. So Music is the best therapy to control our overactive mind. She also gave the example of Mentally disorder children and how they started recovering after course of Music Therapy.

"Music is the best medicine without any Side effect."

So what kind of Music came in your mind like DJ songs, pop song...no not that kind of song. But music with natural instruments like Tabla, Harmonium, Flute and the instrument which are made up from nature elements. These kinds of music are generally used for Music Therapy. Indian Classical music is landmark for stress control, to control our hypertension, to balance blood pressure or diabetes. For music we can say...

"Time is the only investment to
 Balance our Imbalance"

Music is deeply connected with our mood, With the mood the choice of music is changes. So it reflects our emotions, feelings and also a tool to escape from this materialistic world. Scientific research also proved that music can increase out immune system and also control and makes balance between #વાત્, કફ અને પિત્ત.

And in India સામવેદ is one of four ved which is singing the glory of importance of music, so we can't deny that music as an Art is at the root. So this is how Music is helpful to improve our own personality, and need of music could at any stage of life and with guarantee everyone can say that Music is the Best therapy or beat tool for development of person.
