On 15th August finally India became an Independent nation and with that a very sa or terrible movement rise is the India Pakistan partition and three religions are became enemy of each other are Hindu, Islam amd Sikh. The wounds of partition which something never going to be Healed. After 72 years People of India and Pakistan are still suffering only because of this partition. This like someone came to your home and making two parts of it and saying this is mine and this is your and you cannot came in my part. How people can get that, once they are neighbour and suddenly belongs to two different nation and became enemy of each other. Here are some pictures regarding Partition Movement...

In Defence of Freedom-a film by Nandita Das

Sadat Hasan Manto is an Indian Pakistan writer who mainly wrote against British rule. A journalist and short story author, he had just been fired from his job as a screenwriter at the Bombay Talkies film studio for being a Muslim. After that for the safty and survival he moved to Lahore, Pakistan. About him Nandita Das speaking from Mumbai that..
"He’s so relevant to today, and it is my way of responding to what is happening now, His empathy was very deep for those that exist on the margins of society – especially for women and sex workers – and no one in India was writing about that at the time.”

Salman Rushdie also talk about him that…
Unparalleled in his generation, there are few writers who straddle both India and Pakistan as he does, and who engage with the deepest problems of both countries.
The film try give idea that an Artist should be given freedom of thinking and expression. Things should be presented as it is presented in society. Is man are allowed to visit prostitute house then why writers are not allowed to write it on pages. Literature is the mirror and x-ray image of society. Which shows all the good and bad things of the society and it must be like that. There is one line spoken by Nawazuddin Siddique(Manto)..

          नीम के पत्ते कड़वे सही
       लेकिन खून तो साफ करते है।

So the first video tries to explain that every writer should be given freedom of expression and he/she is the only one who can show the reality of society.

Partition poem by W.H. Auden

This poem written in 1966, rememorize the movement of partition during 1947. How a british civil servant Sir Cyrial Redcliffe had never ever visited in India and have no idea about that what is India is given a map of India and draw a line between India and Pakistan. This is the line which divides the country into two part and shattered the people of three religions of Hindu, Islam and shikh and overnight they became the enemy of eachothet.Redcliffe himself says that…
"I was so rushed I had no
         time to go into detail."
1947 partition is geo-political and religious partition of one country into two parts. People. The poem shows the terror of the partition that how one man divide country without knowing its culture, people and area. Just draw a straight line and went back to his town, but the people of India are still suffering because of partition. Last lines of the poem are…

The next day he sailed for England where he quickly forgot the case as a good lawyer must.

The Delhi Artist Anjolie Ela Menon fled from the city of Rawalpindi, Pakistan during partition. She was seven at that time. Said that w
The wounds have never healed , living through the terror of Partition. Her painting "Mataji" shows an old woman whose pain and grief are sensible.
There one more example by Salman Rushdie novel Train to Pakistan. Who write more about the middle class and lower middle class people who suffered during the partition. People who are on the border and innocent people pays their life without any fault or crime. He said that…"Freedom is for educated people who fought for it, we were slave of English and now we will be slave of educated Indian and Pakistanis."

"Desh ek Rag hai" by Bhagwat Ravat
This is the poem which makes a difference between utterance of Desh and Rashtra. But in English everywhere nation and country are considered as same but here Bhagwat Ravat try to differentiate it that Nation which is only made of borders and there we can only found a voice of Savdhaan… Savdhaan… but country which is made of people, culture and history and language. In Desh we can find different religion, language, tradition and India is the nation of variations. So Bhagawat Ravat wants say that when we call Country(Desh) we felt something which belongs to us and in Rashtra we feel the feeling of patriotism. There are some beautiful lines in the poem like…
